Nothing on the register carries a price, because the price is earned rather than dangled. Initiation is how a watcher becomes an allocation.

The rite

1. WatchThe whole book is open before you identify yourself. Read the register, follow a series, register intent on anything that holds your attention.
2. DeclareState who you are and what you are after. Intent is the signal we act on — including on pieces that have left the book.
3. VerifyIdentity and standing are established once, through the regulated funnel. This surface holds none of it.
4. EnterThe desk opens: allocation, consolidated cadence, disclosed lead times, and the conditions that were never published.

What this surface keeps

Nothing. No account, no personal data, no tracking profile — the register is a public signal, and what you send goes straight into the verification funnel. That separation is deliberate and structural, not a setting.
